This guided meditation is combined with breathwork to help release everything you took inventory of yesterday. You can take any triggers through the meditation one by one, or you can bring them all to the table.
The breathwork for this meditation is: inhale, inhale, exhale. You can take the breath as deep or as gentle as you need. It will also be in the background to help guide you.
I recommend repeating this meditation anytime you feel triggered by something and revisiting yesterday's exercise as well.
Before beginning, bring to mind an aspect that you discovered yesterday or a new one that you would like to release.
This guided meditation is best done in a dim-lit room, you can use something to cover your eyes as well. Adjust the volume to what best suits you.
