Baked Chocolate Dipped Vanilla Donuts

Updated: Aug 28, 2019

These deliciously moist & fluffy Baked Chocolate Dipped Vanilla Donuts are an easy homemade treat that is infused with vanilla and dipped in a sweet chocolate glaze. All you need are 8 ingredients, 1 bowl, and 30 minutes.

Also, this recipe is completely gluten-free, vegan, & refined sugar-free!

So, what's the deal between fried and baked donuts. Well I break it down below:

  1. Fried: Usually is made with yeast, kneading, rollings, cutting out, and frying.

  2. Baked: No yeast, cake-like, easy.

That's why I love this Baked Chocolate Dipped Vanilla Donuts recipe because it is:

  • Easy

  • Quick

  • Healthy(ish)

  • TASTY AF

As much as I love regular donuts, I don't love the process of making them. These cake-like vanilla donuts are light, fluffy, and best of all only require simple basic ingredients. Plus, you could even get away with having them for breakfast.

For our spiritual pit stop, I am going to give the ultimate guide to VULNERABILITY.

Vulnerability is anything that you feel pain, shame, fear, & discomfort around.

This can be asking for help, switching jobs, dating, or really doing anything that scares you.

True vulnerability is getting honest and real about what you're feeling and WHY.

It's doesn't mean sharing every detail of your life. I mean it can be, BUT it's not necessary (or recommended lol).

When you share your vulnerabilities with others or especially those you trust, you are:

1. Owning It

2. Stepping into your INNER POWER

3. Creating Closer Connections

You are removing a layer of fear that has been built up from surrounding limiting beliefs & stepping into the BADASS WOMAN (or man or human) that you want to be.

Some Final Thoughts & Tips

  • Baking Pans: Don't know which donut pan to get? I love THIS one! Simple, classic donut shape and works great.

  • Sugar Substitutes: If you don't want to use coconut sugar, you can use brown sugar or half the amount of liquid sweetener!

  • Oil-Free Option: If oil isn't your jam, you can substitute the same amount of applesauce.
