Baked Pears and Apples with Pumpkin Spice Granola

Fall is here. Well, sort of. In my garden I found a Pie Pumpkin, the stores are starting to put out their Halloween decor, Apples and Pumpkins are pretty much 50% of the produce section at the grocery store; I mean we are swimming in the pre-season of Fall. I could do without the cold weather though. Alas, to kick off the seasonal recipes, I decided to do Baked Pears and Apples with a Pumpkin Spice Granola. The sweet apples and pears in the oven with cinnamon and nutmeg compliment the flavors of the granola perfectly, and make your house smell amazing. These Baked Apples and Pears with Granola make a simple breakfast, snack, or easy dessert.

You can even just make the granola and store it in a container to top on smoothie bowls or vegan yogurt!
