I was procrastinating making this recipe. I had about 2 heads of cabbage sitting in my fridge staring at me. My quest for trying foods of my ancestors was finally accomplished after a week or so. Okay, I just got sick of staring at them, so I decided to try this out. This recipe is a new take on traditional Polish Cabbage Rolls. This recipe is fairly simple and results in a tasty dish. These Cabbage Rolls are loaded with hearty ingredients and baked with a delicious tomato sauce, making for a perfect comfort food meal during the cold winter months.
