These vegan Cashew Caramel Cups are sweetened with dates and coated in a silky smooth dark chocolate. These are one of my favorite no-bake desserts. They are naturally gluten free, dairy free, and come together in minutes!
Don't get me wrong, I love a good peanut butter cup, BUT I also find them to be too classic. I decided lets take a twist on those guys and make them even better. Whenever I make a new recipe I will have my family be my testers. All give glowing reviews (usually), but my dad is always known for his simple remark of "It's adequate" but this time he said "It's good". We are making progress 😂. Anyways, these cups are simple and super delicious you will only want one because of how rich they are.
