Chili Fries with Creamy Avocado Sauce

Ah, fries. I am sure most of us are familiar with chili cheese fries. Except, last night I was not in the mood to make cheese sauce, so I settled for avocado instead. Turns out that was one of the best things I did. These crispy homemade fries with a spicy bean chili and a cooling avocado, lime and cumin sauce are downright delicious. Each bite is flavor-packed, making for a fantastic and easy meal!

I wanted this recipe to be super easy to make (especially for those days you literally don't want to make anything). The chili is really simple. It's just canned tomatoes, red chili beans, and spices.
