You won’t need to make a pie to enjoy the rich, sweet flavors of toasted coconut and cream. Instead, they are going to be all wrapped up in this homemade larabars recipe! These Coconut Cream Pie Larabars will surely satisfy all your sweet tooth cravings in a MUCH healthier way.

If you have never heard of larabars, well it's basically one of the healthiest snacks you can get at a grocery store. It is made completely from:

  • Nuts

  • Dates

  • Other goodies, like coconut, to make the flavors.

These simple ingredients have quite literally changed the game of health and wellness and what it means to be a processed food. Although I admire the company and of course the delicious treats that come with it, it can get real expensive, real quick. That is why I have set out to make my own version that is nut-free too! Not only will this version taste like the original, but it is very affordable and suitable for those with nut allergies!
