These Copycat Magnum Double Peanut Butter Ice Cream Bars will be your new heaven on Earth. This easy to make vegan treat is layered with an ultra-creamy peanut butter ice cream, a smooth peanut butter sauce, and dipped in rich dark chocolate.


I mean I wasn't lying to you when I said peanut butter and chocolate are the best combination. Sorry jelly.

This Copycat Magnum Double Peanut Butter Ice Cream Bars is:

I mean all you need are 5 BASIC ingredients to make your sweet tooth sing. Did I also mention it is refined sugar-free & gluten-free as well?

  • FOR SENSITIVE STOMACHS: If you are like me and have a sensitive stomach, please use coconut milk that is 1. Organic 2. Contains NO Guar Gum. Not only that, it tastes better and has a WAY better consistency. P.S. Target has an affordable Organic Coconut Milk that contains no guar gum --> Where I live, it is only $1.69. #mymindisblown

  • Popsicle Molds: I recently purchased a silicone-based mold and I LOVE IT compared to the traditional hard plastic molds. It is much easier to remove the popsicles and you can get some cute designs! This is the one I have, but any will work.

  • On Freezing: Store your popsicles on a flat, even surface in your freezer so they don’t get lopsided and strange looking. You can get away with enjoying these tasty treats in as little as 3 hours, but if you can leave them in the freezer longer or overnight too!
