Creamy Vegan Potato Salad (No Mayo or Oil)

This Summer Staple or should I say Creamy Vegan Potato Salad is loaded with fresh veggies, topped with a creamy mayo-free sauce and tastes just like the classic American Potato Salad! All you need are 10 ingredients and 30 minutes.

This quick & easy homemade recipe is a perfect addition to any summer picnic! Made with perfectly cooked potatoes, red onion, celery, and sweet pickle relish. Combined with a delicious dressing you will be craving on the daily!

The dressing for this creamy potato salad is:

  • Tahini

  • Non-Dairy Milk

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Sweet Relish

  • Dijon Mustard

The tahini is the perfect replacement for mayo because it has a very mild flavor and a great consistency. If you don't know, tahini is just roasted sesame seeds all blended up into a delicious paste. Also, the dijon mustard gives it an eggy taste as well!
