Crustless Vegan Pumpkin Pie

It is the FALL SEASON! This year I am declaring that I am a Pumpkin Goddess. My first order of business is the seasonal classic, Pumpkin Pie. This isn't an ordinary pumpkin pie alright, it is a Crustless Vegan Pumpkin Pie.


Does anyone really eat the crust anyway? Because I sure as hell don't. I usually leave the crust behind on my plate like a sad little warrior, so to reduce waste I thought I'd give this a try.


Anyways, back to my Pumpkin Goddess self. I am indulging in fresh pumpkin face masks, warm spiced food, candles, and decor.


Let's just say my world has become very orange. With good reasons, pumpkins are high in vitamins like A and C and reduces inflammation. Woot Woot.


This creamy crustless vegan pumpkin pie is made with just 10 ingredients! The coconut milk and cinnamon blend of spices enhances the flavor of the pumpkin making it something you will definitely crave whether or not it is Fall.

How did I go from low confidence and zero self-worth to the badass woman I am now? I let myself be open and honest about what I wanted, what I needed to let go of, and I set boundaries, and you can do the same. And don’t you dare tell me you can’t.
