Deep Dish Skillet Brownie Cookie

Updated: Aug 28, 2019

This Vegan Deep Dish Skillet Brownie Cookie combines a fudgy brownie batter with a rich chocolate chip cookie dough. This decadent gooey chocolate dessert is easy to make, delicious, and is perfect for serving to friends or family. All you need are 10 simple ingredients, 1 bowl, & 35 minutes.

This marbled treats is sometimes referred to as a Brookie, meaning it is:

  • 1 Part Cookie Dough

  • 1 Part Brownie Dough

So really, it is just a combination that dreams are made of. Not only is this Deep Dish Skillet Brownie Cookie easy to make, it is rich, fluffy, and a perfect mix of a chocolaty brownie and delightful chocolate chip cookie.

Some Final Thoughts & Tips

  • It's all in the design: Want to switch it up? No problem! You can layer the cookie & brownie mixture any way you want. Roll it, swirl it, layer it. You can even make these into cookies if you want. If you don't want to use a skillet or don't have access to one, (P..S. THIS is the skillet I used), you can place it into a baking dish!

  • Variations & Additions: If you want to add in some other flavors, DO IT. Need ideas for what to add in, try any nuts, seeds, or dried fruit. I'd recommend some cranberries or cherries.

  • Store it: Store your leftover brookie in an airtight container for up to one week, maybe a week and half tops.

Make sure to check out the video below to see how to make it!
