I used to be a real hater of brussels sprouts. Until one day where I had a major craving for them. I experimented with different flavors and this is hands down my favorite.

I kid you not I made this everyday for 2 months. I was buying brussels sprouts in bulk.

I thought this would be the perfect time to share this recipe since the holidays are in full swing. These crispy roasted brussel sprouts with a tangy dijon dressing is a perfect side dish that will definitely having people eating their vegetables.
