However, I do want to mention that these Falafels are not your traditional because they:
Are made from cooked Navy Beans instead of soaked Chickpeas
Uses Basil & Cilantro instead of Parsley & Coriander
I did this because I am incredibly intolerant to chickpeas and they do not digest properly, and I simply forgot to buy parsley. I tried haha. They do taste just as amazing as the original and are topped with tomatoes, onion, and a smooth & savory tahini-dill sauce.

Ask how it is making you feel and what is this here to teach you.
