I have only met one person who dislikes Peanut Butter aka my brother. Frankly I think they are crazy for saying that. Why?


Peanut Butter is a great combo of:

Alas, this gorgeous recipe was created. It is great as a dessert, for a snack, or you can even skip out on baking it and have it for breakfast. I know, I know you're welcome.

  • Refined Sugar-Free

This classic peanut butter cookie recipe is a quick and easy treat that can be made in under 30 minutes. They're so good, I am willing to bet there will be ZERO leftovers.

Some Final Thoughts & Tips

  • No Bake, No Problem: Don't want to bake them? That's cool, just take out the baking powder and baking soda and dig in!

  • Variations & Additions: If you want to add in some other flavors, go for it. Need ideas for what to add in? Try crushed peanuts or cinnamon!

  • Store it: Store your leftover cookies in an airtight container for up to one week, maybe a week and half tops.
