I used to hate bread. Growing up my mom would buy loaves of white bread, you know like wonder bread. That made me wonder how on earth they were still in business because it did not taste good at all. So I went on my way thinking all bread was as mushy, gross, and tasteless. Then some magical day came where I tasted homemade bread and went, “Wow, I need more of that,”. My bread-making journey began and I was not great at it. Luckily, I have grown skills that make it easy for me to make and share with people. This recipe is just that, whether you are advanced or beginner, this recipe will serve all and is SO DANG DELICIOUS.
This simple Garlic & Rosemary Artisan Bread has a gorgeous, golden brown crusty exterior and a soft, airy texture inside, that is loaded with flavor from roasted garlic and fresh rosemary!
