Biscuits & Gravy or Biscuits & Jam?

I am definitely a biscuits and jam type of girl. That's why these Gluten-Free Biscuits are perfect.

I decided this week I would attempt at creating drop biscuits in the Vegan Test Kitchen. Basically meaning I make the recipe completely up in the moment. The basic ingredients that go into a biscuit is:

  • Flour

  • Water

  • Baking Powder

  • And a Fat.

My efforts to master the art of gluten-free baking were a SUCCESS! So get the oven hot & ready for this simple drop biscuit recipe.

These Gluten-Free Drop Biscuits are:

These quick & easy Gluten-Free Drop Biscuits require only 6 ingredients, are light & fluffy, AND can be made in 30 minutes! Serve with fresh jam or gravy for a perfect brunch or breakfast meal.
