I am on a mission to be great at gluten-free baking. This week, my quest was going to be pretzels. After my failed attempt at creating Gluten-Free Donuts, I was a bit worried of the outcome. Luckily, these turned out perfect! These soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside Gluten-Free Soft Pretzels are made with a simple dough, twisted, and baked to perfection! Requires only 7 ingredients, can be made in an hour, AND super tasty!

Pretzels are a quick and easy snack to make, but honestly the store-bought ones contain so many additives I cringe at the ingredient label. These homemade soft pretzels are perfect if you are avoiding wheat and taste AMAZING.
Gluten-Free Baking is much easier than what it is made out to be. These Gluten-Free Soft Pretzels are sheer proof of that. So break out the GF Flour and Salt and let's get making!
