Turmeric Maca Latte

I have recently decided to go off birth control, which means my hormones may be getting a little wacky in the next few weeks. I thought the perfect way to combat this and neutralize the problem was to have a Superfood's latte. I never was a coffee fan so the thought of latte never seemed appealing. I decided to give it a go with my two favorite nutrient rich superfoods: turmeric and maca. Turmeric is anti-inflammatory and rich in antioxidants. Maca also is known for its antioxidants as well as hormone balancing. I will definitely be having this a lot during winter. It also reminds me of chai tea. The addition of cinnamon and cloves brings sweetness that blends perfectly with the bitterness of the turmeric. The Golden Latte is not just appealing to the eyes, but tastes good and has so many health benefits!
