Homemade Mound Bars

It seems to be 90% of my content lately is about dessert. I'm not mad about it because these Homemade Vegan Mound Bars are AH-MAZING.

If you don't know or never heard of Mound Bars, they consist of 2 basic ingredients:

  1. Chocolate

  2. Coconut

Yeah, they are that simple. These sweet treats are a basic candy bar that consists of a sweet filling made of shredded coconut, draped in dark chocolate.

These homemade candy bars are only 7 ingredients! Plus this simple candy recipe is:

  • Refined Sugar-Free

  • Healthy

  • Easy

  • Simple

You get the rich, full taste of coconut and chocolate, without the overwhelming sweetness of commercial candy. Plus, who doesn't love to cut out any unnecessary additives? The candy is honestly quite great cut up and sprinkled on top of a bowl of chocolate nice cream as a healthy dessert... or breakfast. I've definitely had it for breakfast.
