Seriously. I know I’ve been dancing allllll around the BORDERLINE-annoying line, telling everyone about the amazingness of Lentil Loafs.

They’re simply magical.


If you have ever had the luxury of having a lentil loaf it could have gone two ways.

For the past 7 years I haven't eaten meat, which can lead to trying odd recipes during the holidays in efforts to show off the marvelous plant creations.

This Vegan Lentil Loaf or I would like to say roast, is the opposite of the dreaded, "Why the F am I eating this?" Not only is it pretty to look at, BUT it has a perfect texture and taste! This Vegan Lentil Loaf recipe is not only a flavor-packed meal loaded with fresh veggies, but it is perfect for the holiday season or busy weeknights!

Hearty and Comforting, this Vegan Lentil Loaf has BIG flavor, but no weird ingredients! Gluten-Free and Oil-Free (just substitute out the oil for water!). I mean, who doesn't love a flavor-packed, delicious, and hearty meal?
