These Simple No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Balls make the perfect snack, breakfast, or even dessert! They are packed with protein to keep you full longer, are naturally sweetened with dates, and taste like a Peanut Butter Cookie! I love these especially if I have to leave right away in the morning. I can make these the night ahead and not have to think of what I want for breakfast or as a quick snack.
