Grab the popsicle molds and let's make these Orange Dreamsicles!

This creamy and delicious Orange Dreamsicle Popsicle recipe is PACKED with flavor, easy to make, and requires only 5 basic ingredients! However, you can simplify it even more by just using the:

  • Coconut Milk

  • Orange Juice

  • & Maple Syrup

The color won't be as strong, but it will taste just the same! The fresh orange juice combined with the rich coconut milk makes this recipe come to life and is honestly better than a traditional creamsicle.

For this spiritual pit stop, we are going to take a closer look at money and a new theory I've come across regarding scarcity.

I've recently been reading the book, "The Soul of Money" and in that, the author proposes that scarcity is a myth. That we have what we need at all points in time.

This view struck me because I studied economics in college, which ironically studies the allocation of scarce resources.

However, in the book, she proposes that we fall into these myths by thinking that:

  1. There's Not Enough

  2. More is Better

  3. That's Just the Way it is

These patterns of thought have led to the world we are in now. If we shift out of it and into a continuous state of abundance that ebbs and flows into our lives. Appreciating where we are now and what we have, we will move into a better life.
