Get ready to sit back and enjoy some vegan cheese. After mulling around recipe ideas, almonds caught my eye and this soft, vegan cheese was created. This sweet and spicy Roasted Red Pepper & Jalapeno Almond Cheese is ONLY 7 ingredients, easy to make, + SO tasty.

You can adjust the flavors to your liking, by making it more hot (aka adding more diced jalapenos), make it more salty, or adding more nutritional yeast to make it more cheesy! This recipe does take about 2 days to make, but it is so worth it. Crumble it over salads, over some vegan pizza, or spread it on some crackers.
