Strawberry Rhubarb Chia Seed Jam

This sweet & tangy Strawberry Rhubarb Jam is so easy and simple to make. Requires only 6 ingredients + thickened with chia seeds! Each summer my mom would make a strawberry rhubarb jam. The sweetness of the strawberries mixes perfectly with the tartness of the rhubarb. This recipe is perfect on top of your favorite non-dairy ice cream or even toast.

This Strawberry Rhubarb Chia Seed Jam is:

All you need is a few simple ingredients, a blender and a bowl, and you are set.
