These Swedish Style 'Meatballs' are smothered in a rich, tangy, and creamy gravy sauce. I'll stop right there because that just sounds so delicious. Warm spices coupled with parsley and garlic mix so incredibly well your taste buds will say thank you! I was on Pinterest yesterday and saw a picture of meatballs coated in a brown gravy, and instantly thought, "I need to make that!". After doing some research on what spices to use this delicious meal was created! This dinner is perfect for when you want to make easy comfort food. Plus, you can freeze the meatballs and use them throughout the week for a quick meal.
