These tart, rich Gluten-Free Lemon Bars are free of gluten, refined sugar, and eggs. The recipe requires only 12 ingredients you likely already have on hand AND can be made in just a few short hours.

Lemon Bars pack the zing that will definitely wake up your taste buds! If you do want to make this recipe more sweet, no problem! Add 1-2 more tablespoons of coconut sugar to the crust, as well as more maple syrup to the filling until it reaches YOUR desired sweetness!
Fun Fact: the turmeric is not necessary, BUT it does enhance the yellow color!
