For some reason, the vegan community is obsessed with bananas. Why? I really am not sure, but one thing I am sure about is that this Vegan Banana Bread is FANTASTIC! If you don't know already, I used to hate bananas, but the only thing I could enjoy was banana bread. Since forcing myself to eat a banana every day 3 years ago, I have come to love the taste of bananas and the wonderful creations you can make with them. This lovely recipe is one of them. This moist, flavorful banana bread is naturally sweetened with dates and is flourless! A special thanks to our buddy oat flour. The bananas naturally add moisture and sweetness, making this banana bread oil-free too! Um, we are really winning over here.

This Vegan Banana Bread Recipe is:

This recipe is perfect for breakfast or a snack. You could even be daring and bake them as muffins if you are feeling crazy. Just make sure to cut the baking time in half.
