Back in my days when I disliked bananas, the only thing I could tolerate was banana muffins. For some reason my taste buds said heck yeah that is what i like. Fast forward countless years later, I have created a recipe that is sweet, has a bit of crunch to it, + is refined sugar-free AND oil-free. That is some major wins right there.
