About a year ago the western world was alarmed by a thing called cauliflower pizza crust. The gluten free rejoiced, the health nuts sang, and I said what the? After trying one or two of these recipes I was left with a pile of mushy cauliflower and flax eggs. I was perturbed nonetheless and decided that it was time I created my own. I'm just kidding I said no thank you, until I tried making a Sweet Potato Pizza Crust. Alas, it was only a short time until this recipe was created and now being shared with you! This simple vegan Cauliflower Pizza Crust requires ONLY 6 basic ingredients. The end product is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfect for replacing traditional pizza crust!
