Vegan Peanut Butter Brownies (Gluten-Free)

Buckle up! This week in recipe-land I made these Gluten-Free Vegan Peanut Butter Brownies. I think it is one of the best brownie recipes I’ve ever created (whaaat, I know!).

Spoonfuls of rich, creamy peanut butter swirled in brownie batter. Whisks in the air, aprons tied on, and an expression of pure joy radiating on my face. I truly have made some delicious brownies. Magic was created in that kitchen, alright.

Aaaand when you want to create magic, you bake it! At least that's my motto.

Not only are these Peanut Butter Brownies fudgy, decadent, and tasty, they’re also Vegan, Gluten-Free, and made from only 7 simple ingredients! Chewy edges, fudgy centers, and a rich, chocolatey flavor — these Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies are perfect for dessert or anytime you are in the mood for peanut butter chocolate goodness.

Alright, so why are these Peanut Butter Brownies the best?

  • Vegan. Some donut recipes use butter and eggs to help with the texture and fluffiness, but no worries this recipe is completely free of both and tastes, dare I say... even better!

  • Quick & Simple. All you need are 7 basic ingredients for this. Yep, that is it.

  • Gluten-Free. Something about cinnamon-sugar and apples just has perfection written all over it.

Some Final Thoughts & Tips:

  • Hate Peanut Butter? If you are a rare human and hate peanut butter (cough, cough my brother). You can substitute out any other nut or seed butter.

  • Let it Cool! They are best when fully cooled, why the peanut butter hardens and becomes perfection.
