Vegan Pumpkin Spice Twix Bars

Yep, you read that title correctly. I created Pumpkin Spice Twix Bars.

As if I couldn't have made my all-time favorite Halloween candy even better, I did. Whether or not you are a pumpkin spice fan (if you aren't I'm genuinely shocked) this easy vegan candy recipe is amazing.

Just imagine, a cinnamon-spiced shortbread crust topped with a thick layer of soft gooey pumpkin-spice caramel coated in dark chocolate.


My tastebuds are saying, "Liz, let's just make this thing right now okie"

These homemade Vegan Twix Bars require only 11 simple ingredients, are incredibly easy to make, AND are a fun new take on the original.

Yup, I said it.

This Pumpkin Spice Twix Bars recipe is:

It's perfect for an easy vegan Halloween treat or anytime you are craving caramel with a dash of spice.

Some Final Thoughts & Tips:

  • Tahini, more like no thank you! Hate the taste of tahini? Well, you are not alone, you can totally swap it out. Just use another neutral butter like almond or cashew in its place!

  • Can I make this gluten-free? ant The short answer is no. Not this specific recipe, because the water content would have to be changed, BUT my previous Vegan Twix Bars recipe's crust is gluten-free, so you can just make that one and add in a dash of cinnamon!
