Vegan Snickers Ice Cream Cake

Great! Because this frozen Snickers ice cream cake recipe is a peanut butter brownies layered with peanut butter ice cream, caramel sauce, and dolloped with chocolate frosting.

This rich homemade snickers ice cream cake is vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free.

How to make Snickers Ice Cream Cake:

If you have never made an ice cream cake, you are in the BEST of hands because I am a bit of a pro. I kid you not I used to work at Dairy Queen and cakes were kind of my thing. Luckily for you, it is so easy to make at home!


Here is what you will need:

  1. Peanut Butter Brownies

  2. Caramel Sauce

  3. Ice Cream

  4. Frosting

AND THAT’S IT. You can put it together within a few hours. Pop it in the freezer overnight and you’ll have a delicious ice cream cake ready for frosting in the morning. And I don’t know about you but I am definitely not opposed to ice cream for breakfast…

Some Final Thoughts:

  • Use store-bought ice cream? Don't want to make your own ice cream? No problem, you can just use any peanut butter chocolate ice cream, chocolate ice cream, or vanilla ice cream of your choice! Then, just layer that on top of the completely cooled brownie.

  • How do I make caramel sauce? I used the caramel sauce recipe I used in my Vegan Twix Bars recipe. Otherwise, you can melt dairy-free caramel squares.
