Watermelon Raspberry Popsicles

Updated: Aug 28, 2019

In need of a refreshing treat on a hot summer's day? Yeah, me too. I was also looking for something extremely easy & simple. That is why these 2-Ingredient Watermelon Raspberry Popsicles are perfect.

Yep, all you need is:

  1. Watermelon

  2. Raspberries

These fruit popsicles turned out to be one of my favorites and I love how ridiculously healthy & easy they are.

These homemade Watermelon Raspberry Popsicles recipe is:

  • Fresh

  • Effortless

  • Naturally Sweet

All you have to do is pour, freeze, and enjoy. This easy and refreshing treat will definitely help you cool down from the heat. I mean, there’s really nothing like enjoying homemade fruit popsicles on a hot day.

Some Final Thoughts & Tips:

  • Flavor Variations: If you want to add a fun twist, feel free to add in some lemon juice or even mint. Just blend it in with the watermelon and raspberries if you are feeling like a bad ass.

  • Popsicle Molds: I recently purchased a silicone-based mold and I PREFER it heavily over the traditional hard plastic. It is much easier to remove the popsicles and you can get some cute designs! This is the one I have, but any will work.

  • On Freezing: Store your popsicles on a flat, even surface in your freezer so they don’t get lopsided and strange looking. You can get away with enjoying these tasty treats in as little as 3 hours, but if you can leave them in the freezer longer or overnight too!
