The best vegan burger is here! I am presenting to you my White Bean Pesto Burgers! Perfect for a quick dinner, lunch, or meal prepping! This recipe requires just 30 minutes, 1 bowl, and 6 ingredients to make. The base is fresh basil, kale, white beans, and garlic!

This recipe is perfect for weeknights when you are in need of a quick meal that is nutritious and tasty af.

Some Final Thoughts & Tips:

  • Dried Basil? I don't recommend, however if you do not have access to fresh basil, you could use it. Just use half the amount!

  • Can you Freeze it? Yes! If you don't want to eat all of them at once, you can store it in an airtight container in the freezer for 2 weeks!
